Shipping and delivery policy

How delivery works

• At checkout you give us your delivery address, phone number and email. You don't choose or pay for delivery on our website.
• We send your order through a trusted motor park, transport company or driver serving your area.
• When your order reaches your area, the driver will call you on the phone number you gave and tell you the price to bring it to your address.
• You pay that delivery price directly to the driver. It is not part of your order total and is not paid to us.

Where we send to

We send orders to every state in Nigeria.

Delivery prices

The driver sets the price to bring your order from their location to your address. It depends on the distance and the size of the package. You can agree it with the driver when they call.

How long it takes

• We prepare your order and hand it to the park or driver within 1 to 2 working days after your payment is confirmed.
• Travel time to your area depends on the transport company and your location, usually 1 to 3 days.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Delays can happen because of weather, holidays or transport issues. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Tracking your order

Check your order's status any time on our Track order page with your order number and email, or from your account if you have one. We will also contact you by phone about delivery.

Receiving your order

• Please keep your phone on and the number correct, so the driver can reach you. If the driver can't reach you, your package may wait at the park, and parks may charge for packages left uncollected.
• Check your package when it arrives. If anything is missing, wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• Once we hand your package to the park or driver and send you the details, it is with the transport company. If it is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at once and we will help you follow it up with them.
